How does the Subscription Work?

The exact flowers and colours will change with each delivery using the absolute best the season has to offer! If your Subscription extends over December, expect some festive holiday designs. Likewise, if your subscription extends over the spring, expect seasonal goodies like tulips and daffodils.
Once we have the Subscription set up, you don't need to do anything else - sit back, relax, and reap the rewards of making a loved one happy!

Can I customize my floral subscription?

Absolutely! You can let us know your preferred style, color palette, and size, and we’ll design something beautiful each time based on what’s fresh and in season. If you ever want to switch things up, just let us know, and we’ll tailor your next delivery to your new preferences!

How much does it cost?

The cost is simple: bouquet base cost + delivery fee + tax

How do I pay?

We keep a credit card on file and bill you with each delivery. That means if you select weekly delivery you pay 1x per week, if you select monthly you pay 1x per month etc.

What sort of discounts can you offer on subscriptions?

The more frequently you order, the more we discount your delivery fee. Plus, our arrangements are often overbuilt, meaning you’re getting even more value than what you pay for!

What if I am not happy with my order?

If there is a quality issue with the arrangement, you or the recipient can contact us directly. More often than not, we are able to easily replace a defective arrangement.
While we do accommodate simple requests such as "I love the colour red" or "my friend hates lilies," each arrangement is hand selected that day using fresh and seasonal ingredients and our team members will not be able to consult you on the design of each arrangement.

What is the commitment?

Once you select your Subscription Duration and Frequency, you are committed to receive that many deliveries.
We can always reschedule deliveries if the recipient is out of town, unavailable etc, but your credit card on file will be charged on your regular payment schedule.

How do I manage or pause my floral subscription?

It’s easy! Just give us a call or send us an email if you need to skip a delivery, change your schedule, or update your preferences. We’re happy to adjust things to fit your needs.

What if my delivery address is outside of Vancouver?

The delivery rates above only apply to addresses within the city of Vancouver.
We also offer delivery to North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, and Richmond at various rates.
