If you would like to arrange delivery outside our regular delivery areas, please contact us at: 604.689.4439
Pick up is available everyday from 9am-5pm for no charge.
Delivery recipients may be contacted by phone to notify them of the delivery, confirm the address, or to collect any other details we need to deliver your item.
We are unable to deliver to apartments without contacting the recipient beforehand to arrange a delivery window. During peaks times such as Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Christmas etc, we may contact recipients on the day before delivery to arrange a drop-off window. If we are unable to reach the recipient, we are not able to deliver the flowers and the delivery will be reassigned to the next available date. The sender will always be updated in these situations.
We do our best to accommodate requests for specific delivery dates but do not guarantee delivery on the date you request. If for some reason we are unable to deliver your order, we will contact the orderer by phone or email to arrange an alternate date.
