Refund policy
If you would like to change, cancel, or in any other way alter your order, you may do so by clicking Contact Us up to 24 hours before the delivery or pickup date you requested. After that point, we may not be able to make changes to or cancel your order.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please Contact Us on the day of delivery. Because we provide fresh and living products, exchanges or refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Please note:
The actual content of each arrangement will change day-to-day based on our rotating selection of fresh flowers and plants. This means that the arrangement you receive will not look like the picture on our website. Our photos are images of what other clients received when ordering any given item.
Customer requests, seasonality, and product cost and availability all factor in to our designs. This allows us to stock the best possible selection of flowers. While we do our best to accommodate any requests including the content of your arrangement or delivery dates we are not able to guarantee them.
All delivery charges are non-refundable.
