We deliver to Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver. For deliveries outside these cities, please give us a call for a quote.

Same-day delivery is available until our schedule fills up, which is usually around 10-11 AM. On peak days like Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day, we can fill up days in advance, so it’s best to order early!

For apartment deliveries, we must contact the recipient to arrange a delivery time before sending out the flowers. If we don’t hear back, this can cause delays. For house or business deliveries, the driver will decide if it’s safe to leave the flowers at the door or with reception. If we can’t deliver, we’ll reach out to you to arrange the next steps.

Yes, the delivery fee is based on the location. You’ll see the delivery charge at checkout, so there are no surprises.

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Once the flowers are out for delivery, cancellations are no longer possible.
